I am excited to start my second year at UP! This will be my eighth year of teaching and I am looking forward to the great year ahead. I grew up in a small town in central California with my family. I have two brothers, two sisters, and two very loving parents. When one of my parents received a job transfer in 1995, we moved to Texas. I ended up attending Texas A&M University and graduated in Spring 2001 with a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education. I've always had a passion for teaching and have wanted to be a teacher since I was a little girl. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with friends and family, reading, and scrapbooking. I am also currently a graduate student at University of North Texas. I am working on my Masters of Education in Technology and hope to graduate December 2009. I am looking forward to an exciting year full of learning!
