A special thank you to Dr. Choi, William's dad, for visiting our 3rd grade scientists last week. The students (and I) learned about how the doctors use stents and balloons to open up blocked arteries in the heart. We were even able to practice with the real medical devices! Dr. Choi even took time to listen to how the individual student heart projects are coming along and answered many questions from our wonder wall. Thank you Dr. Choi!
