It's time to start bringing your recorders to school! 
Once your class has a complete set, we will start learning our first piece, Fire Dance, and I will show you some fancy Beatboxing skills!

 

You have FOUR choices:

 

1. Use the one you had from last year.

Bring it to the music room as soon as possible and put it in the box labeled with your homeroom teacher's name.

Make sure it is in a bag and clearly labeled with your name.

If you do not have a recorder bag, a gallon ziplock bag or a new "recorder-length" sock works great for storage. Please label it with your name.

 

2. Borrow one.

You can borrow one from the music room if you do not have a recorder. They are sanitized and the same recorder will be yours to use for the whole year.

I do not have spare recorder bags, please bring a gallon ziplock bag to store it in.

 

3. Buy one.

If you want to purchase a recorder, please order a "Yamaha Soprano/Descant Baroque YRS-24B."
