The Texas Education Agency has released its 2026 Accountability Ratings, and Highland Park ISD has once again earned the top score among all traditional 5A/6A public school districts in Texas.

For the third year in a row, HPHS Art One students partnered with University Park Elementary kindergarten students to bring imaginative “monster” drawings to life as handmade plushies, creating a special cross-campus tradition centered on creativity, collaboration, and mentorship.
