About Mrs. Anderson

I am Mandy Anderson, the Instructional Coach at UP Elementary. I graduated from Youngstown State University with a degree in Elementary Education and earned my Master's Degree in Educational Leadership from Lamar University. 

Throughout my career, I have taught kindergarten, second, and fourth grade.

I live in Lake Highlands with my husband, Larry, and our three children: Freddie, Heidi, and Charlie. In my free time, I enjoy traveling with my family and baking.

Teaching is an absolute passion of mine. I believe learning should be interesting, exciting, and important. I love sharing my passion and beliefs with the teachers at University Park and working as a team to watch our students learn and grow.
