Mrs. Smith, School Counselor

I am so excited to be a part of the UP Panther family.  I grew up in Plano, TX and graduated from Southwest Texas University. I began my teaching career in Plano where I taught third grade, fifth grade, and I was a school counselor. The next stage of my career I served in Lovejoy ISD as an elementary school counselor and an intermediate school counselor. 

 

I currently live in Lucas, TX with my amazing husband and two boys.  My husband, Bryan, is the school counselor at Boone Elementary. My boys, Braden and Blake, keep us very busy with baseball and other activities.  We love to travel and play games together. 

 

I feel so blessed to be a school counselor.  I love to support student's in all aspects of their lives.  Please let me know if I can support your family in any way.  I am excited for a wonderful school year!!
