University Park Electric Bike Regulations We would appreciate your cooperation in sharing this information with your children, especially if they are frequent operators of e-bikes. The City Council approved these regulations to help keep everyone safe. Kim Banuelos named UP Principal The Highland Park ISD Board of Trustees approved the appointment of Kim Banuelos as the new principal at University Park Elementary School during the June 20 school board meeting.
